Terms of Use

These terms cover the Mac app, iPhone app, downloads, CLI, daemon, and related product surfaces.
Legal and product questions can go through the same Studio Fjordfall contact point for now.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PAW, including the PAW Mac app, iPhone app, daemon, website, downloads, CLI, and related services.
1. Commercial software
PAW is proprietary software. Access to the product does not transfer any ownership of the software, source code, hunts, models, workflows, or related intellectual property.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own hunts, credentials, prompts, browser sessions, third-party accounts, compliance obligations, and the actions triggered through PAW. You must only use PAW with systems and data you are authorized to access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use PAW to break the law, violate third-party terms, interfere with systems, abuse platforms, exfiltrate data without authorization, or operate harmful or deceptive automation.
4. Third-party services
PAW can connect to AI providers, browsers, websites, relays, and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by third parties and may change, fail, rate limit, suspend, or charge separately. We are not responsible for third-party services or third-party losses.
5. No warranty
PAW is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or service availability arising from or related to PAW. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to PAW will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
7. Changes and termination
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also revise these terms. Continued use of PAW after updated terms are published means you accept the revision.
